Prior to your first visit, we’ll ask you to fill out our new patient form online. We’ll then start with diagnostics like x-rays as part of a dental exam to determine how healthy your teeth are, and if you have any conditions that call for treatment.
We work with all insurance companies. Every insurance policy is different – we do our best to assess what your policy covers. If you don’t have insurance, we also offer flexible payment plans and we have partnered with LendCare for financing options.
